Quick Questions – You Should Ask Any Contractor You Are About to Use!
| - Do they accept credit cards? If a contractor does not accept credit cards, it is probably because of their background. And remember, as a customer you have 6 months to deny any charges. |
| - Do they offer financing through a bank? Banks will not offer financing to contractors if their work is not respectable. |
- Are they a member of the Better Business Bureau? |
| - Are they registered with the state of Texas? If so, do they have any complaints filed against them? www.trcc.state.tx.us |
| - Do they have a list of references that can be contacted for questions and also review work that they have completed? |
- Are they a member of National Association of Remodeling Industry  |
- Are they a member of Greater Houston Business Association  |
- Are they a member of National Kitchen and Bath Association  |
| - Do they have a showroom? |
| - Are they a Corporation? If so, are they in good standings with the Corporation Commission? |
| - Do they have Design Consultants on staff to help you pick out your selections & help with special attention projects? |
